Still the case is ongoing..... An offer has been made by the defendants which has been 'on the table' for quite some period of time for the sum of £1500. How little monetary value is placed on the destruction of a family? I wonder if this is reasonable in the circumstances? I have until tomorrow to decide, however there has never been a contest between the truth and money.....
Every day i think of you, the pain just doesn't fade,
I wanted you home but the decision had been made,
You were twelve when they took you,
You were kidnapped by the States.
A part of me has gone with you, it can never be replaced,
If I saw you tomorrow would I even know your face?
At some point in the future you will know the truth,
Of how we fought for you throughout your youth
The tears we have shed, the ups and downs
They made a mistake and you paid the price
I have a few things left of you, kept in my heart
You were torn from your family we shouldn't be apart
There is a lot going on behind the scenes, I will one day be listened to. I thought I would like to share with you quotes from each of my last two Appeal Court hearings and then ask a question that perhaps you could help answer.....
Quote one "He (my husband) is an innocent man"
Quote two "It has never been implied that you have done anything wrong" (referring to me)
These two quotes are from Appeal Court Judge's, one as recently as last week.
Now the question is "Why did Social Services kidnap my sons?"
For those of you who may follow this blog who may have hoped I have faded into the background and gone away, I haven't. I am still there and fighting for justice, which will be mine one day, whether it takes just a few months or years makes no difference to me as I have all the time in the world. For those who have wronged me, their day will come as karma does have a funny way of catching up with people.
At present I have two legal actions ongoing, I have a third that I am in the process of compiling, then I anticipate at least another two. I have neglected updating my blog, but in some ways have had little to say as I don't want to give anyone an unfair advantage! I will always be available for anyone who is experiencing any problems with Social Services and can be contacted through the comments section, putting not for publication if you wish your message to be private and confidential. Earlier I was looking through such messages that I have received since the beginning of this blog and you would be shocked by some of the content.
On Mother's day the 3rd April 2011, it was the 3rd Anniversary of the kidnapping of my children. Still here, with not one person accountable for their illegal family destroying actions.
Here is the perfect definition of a Jersey Social Worker:
(n). A Vigilantee is an unauthorized person who conduct a trial on the accused persons with or without collecting evidences or ascertaining the truth and confer punishment to the accused considering the depth of crime involved. A Vigilantee is not legally authorized person to do such trials and order punishments. They get the authority from social status, knowledge, wealth, reputation, physical power etc.
I would like to introduce a new website and also congratulate its' creator, a person with courage and determination who wants to see change and help bring in the changes.
Copied from the main page:
"This website has been set up with the intention of assisting those families and individuals who have been abused, deceived and harmed by the operation of the Social Services, and particularly the Children's Service, in the island of Jersey. From what I have read, seen and heard, the methods used by the States of Jersey Children's Service ape those used in mainland Britain with the same disastrous consequences.
One problem that each family or individual who is subjected to abuse by the Children's Service has is that they have no idea just how common this process is and this makes it far easier for the States to ignore each injustice in turn. I am asking for a show of hands and I hope that this will lead to a formation of a local group or formal association.
Current areas of concern:
Where the staff of any of the services have acted beyond the boundaries of the law.
Where the staff have not kept to their own published procedures.
Where the staff have lied.
Where the staff have operated with bias.
Where the staff have acted with incompetence."
I know I have not posted for quite some time but I am still here, planning my next move in what has now become my game of chess. The Privy Council has turned down permission to appeal - so I have come up with one more path of redress before the ECHR. I will be a bit sneaky and keep my plan to myself but be assured I will enjoy it! Do I expect to win? Well for now no, but I will eventually, for every knockback it just makes my case stronger.
I know there are many others who have suffered at the hands of the Jersey SS. Now is the time to take action. In England there is a class action being brought before the ECHR, which is very interesting for us to follow. Please if you know of anyone or have yourself been a victim of the procedures (or in fact their inability to follow procedure) and heartlessness of the SS in Jersey please contact me via the comments section. If you put 'not for publication' I will not publish your details and will contact you privately. I will keep all correspondence confidential.
Unite and fight against the injustices of the family court system!
