There is a lot going on behind the scenes, I will one day be listened to. I thought I would like to share with you quotes from each of my last two Appeal Court hearings and then ask a question that perhaps you could help answer.....
Quote one "He (my husband) is an innocent man"
Quote two "It has never been implied that you have done anything wrong" (referring to me)
These two quotes are from Appeal Court Judge's, one as recently as last week.
Now the question is "Why did Social Services kidnap my sons?"

The very sad answer to that is simply "Because your registered them at birth and therefore unwittingly and unknowingly handed over title to them to the government, they are now government Chattel property".
Unfortunately Ian, that still doesn t explain why they returned one son but not the other.....

Yes, that can only be done when they allow it... Next court case will be in soon x Application to discharge the care order.... Whilst they attempted to build a case against us, I was not allowed to see him. They also have disrespected a court order of contact. 'They' are the social services.

You will never win, and neither will Stuart, It's not about human rights or civil rights....It's about "INALIENABLE RIGHTS" you are both playing the statute game and are destined to LOSE.

Thje only way you will ever get your kid back is packing in the crazy game of playing by their rules, and playing by common law rules.
If you, and Stuart, cannot get your thick skulls around this, then you will spend the next ten to fifteen years pissing in the wind.
What happens when you go to court? Some asswipe will say "ALL RISE" and some other asswipe will be watching you do it!!! The second you have risen from your seat, you have GIVEN FREELY, YOUR CONSENT TO BE GOVERNED BY THE SCUM PRESIDING OVER YOUR CASE!
From there on in, you have already lost, you gave your consent to be governed over by standing!!!

That's why you have have to find the part of the statute law to use to your own advantage x It's only an argument in front of a judge - the one with the best case wins x Win or loose the fact is I am trying to establish the truth in a court and for it to be recognised.
OH DEAR SWEETHEART, when you are willing to listen, I will tell you the truth about STATUTE LAW and how it DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU!!!
UNTIL you are prepared to listen, same as Stuart, you will progress NONE!!!
