A time for reflection.......

Sometimes you need a little time to think things over, to do nothing, to say nothing .... just reflect on the situation. Believe me it does not get any clearer, there are now so many people who are involved, with not one being able to answer any questions with a direct answer (or infact anything that may be loosly described as an answer). A memorable one they other day was when i was told that given the situation that it was a little odd that i was questioning that they have broken the law.

I have for some time now realised that they have no intention of letting my son return home as I will not play their game and tell them how wonderful they are in kidnapping my children from me, letting me get over the begging for them back stage (yes I'm afraid I'll have to admit to a bit of grovelling which got one home), however I'm not one who can do that forever, and after the damage they have caused us I will never back down now. My son will be nearly old enough to do as he pleases soon and I will wait for that time. I will not have a grossly incompetent department dictacting to my family what we can and can not do.

I wish I could go into a bit more detail at the moment but I feel like I am at a bit of a crossroads at the moment but the long and the short of it is that complaining about a States department (employees) gets you nowhere - you complain up through the correct channels - you get nowhere - you go to the top and work your way down - you get nowhere - you complain in court - you get nowhere. You ask for questions to be answered - you get nowhere. I'm so busy getting nowhere - I'm loosing directions in Jersey!

I now have around 8 files and copies elsewhere full of interesting conflicting information, scattered with outright lies which a few pages on can be disproved by the same people who wrote the lies - police, lawyers, social workers, and other so called professionals - absolutly amazing reading if you are ever bored. It's also becomming quite apparent that you can't work for the States without having some rediculous 'manager of some sort' title. I am amazed at the amount of these types of people in Health and Social Services - no wonder they can not run the department, they must have to go through at least ten line managers to answer something as no-one can make a decision for themselves there - unless of course it is to do with child snatching then they are off in their element as they have to damage a certain amount of children to keep them in life long jobs, and then they can pass them on as damaged adults to the prison or to some psychiatric unit. Where would they all be without these little children......?

One Day.

I know exactly what you are talking about with the not getting any answers to questions. I, like yourself, have been through all "the correct channels" and got absolutely nowhere.

I am a father of two children who has only asked questions any parent should deserve an answer to but to absolutely no avail.

As you will know I have been "forced" to invest in a video camera to expose some of these sh1thouses to the world. This is something no parent should ever have to do but I feel it will soon become the norm for anybody with a grievence against any civil servant or politician over here.

You are far from alone with your experience(s) and am sure you are only Blogging because you had nowhere else to turn (like myself).

Keep Blogging, keep telling your story and if you ever want any advice on getting a video camera (which I think is the next step) let me know.

Hi VFC,

Thank you and you are so right.

My aim is to bring their illegal and disgusting behaviour out in to the open for all to see.

Have you read Perchards letter in JEP today?

I might take you up on the offer soon....

One Day.

Yes I read Perchards letter to the RAG,online naturally, and don't really believe he wrote it.

I believe it was authored by one of the Oligarchy spin doctors and Perchard drew the short straw to put his name to it.

Unfortunately the Oligarchy do not see it is them who are driving the likes of us to the internet, that's how arrogant and ignorant they are. They believe because they have the mainstream media sewn up the truth can't get out.

It might have been like that for decades but not any more. The internet will be the downfall of this Oligarchy.

Keep it up!

Hi One Day,
Like you and VFC, I also find myself getting no-where when trying to complain about my treatment by a States of Jersey Department. I was discussing this very issue with someone today. I showed that person a document relevant to my case. After reading it he said,
"I know what you went through should not have happened but if I were you I'd give up complaining. You'll never get anywhere. You'll just go round and round in circles. Trust me, in my line of work,(a States Department) I see this happening alot."

One Day,
We have been going round in circles with HSS for years concerning a sick child who receives no treatment. You are right it is never ending circles even when deaths are concerned.
Lying at an inquest, lying in a court case, complaints getting nowhere. They really do not care whether a person dies as long as they can cover their tracks and they will stoop at nothing in order to do so.
We are not going away and I know you and voice for children are there too doing a great job for all of us.Well done!

Well said anonymous.

One Day and VFC are both very courageous people. They are doing a great job on behalf of the likes of us (probably hundreds) who are going round and round in circles but are too scared to go public because of the Jersey Way.
Thank you One Day. I hope you get your son home soon.
